Elizabeth Evanisko, CRC
Wealth Manager, Founding Partner
Since 2007, Elizabeth has been bringing her compassionate, honest approach to client relationships along with extensive professional experience. As a Wealth Manager, she helps individuals and families make confident financial decisions so they can focus on living the life they've worked so hard to build. She specializes in retirement income planning, helping clients transition from accumulating wealth to creating predictable, sustainable income throughout retirement.
"Growing up, my dad owned an auto repair shop that my grandfather started. He worked with generations of people who trusted my family. Crawling under a car never enticed me, but the relationships he built on trust lasted for generations. This career allows me to have those things too."
Clear, practical advice tailored to each client's unique goals is a hallmark of Elizabeth's approach. She appreciates the hard work that goes into earning and saving the money entrusted to her care and considers that responsibility a privilege.
Elizabeth continues to live by advice she received early in her career: to make every decision with the legacy she hopes to leave behind and the reputation she wants to be remembered for.
A lifelong Western New Yorker, Elizabeth calls the Southtowns home, where she's raising her two boys. Outside the office, you'll usually find her traveling, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with family and friends.

Brett Komm, CSSCS, CRC
Wealth Manager
Brett comes from a family that has dedicated their lives to serving people in their community in all facets of life. He grew up seeing the trials and tribulations of a family-owned business and knew that he wanted to do something that had a positive impact on people's lives. Math and problem-solving were skills that he had always excelled at, and the Financial Services Industry was a perfect match.
As a Wealth Manager since 2010, Brett takes the time to get to know his client's needs and wants financially. He walks them through past experiences and maps out their financial future in different time frames. Helping them manage expectations and set achievable goals that they can work towards.
"There are a lot of talented people in our industry, and with advances in technology, people can find a lot of information that may be able to help them with their financial goals. When I sit down with new clients, I tell them we are entering into a relationship. I could be the smartest person in finance, but if they don't know that I truly care about their lives/goals, then my impact won't be felt. I believe the time I take to understand my clients and guide them to make decisions is the only way to build a strong relationship."
Brett is easygoing and caring and likes to make people laugh. His steady and measured approach is appreciated by all of his clients.
A Bills fan and Dad, Brett loves spending time with his young family, playing golf, going out for wings, and taking his dog, Diggs, on hikes when the Buffalo weather allows.

We Created the 3-Bucket System to solve one problem - the danger of being forced to sell your investments at the worst possible time - in a down market - in the early and most fragile retirement years.

Bucket 1, Your Retirement Paycheck. Focuses on income stability in those first critical 7 years. Bucket 1 is a mix of conservative fixed-income investments that sustain your living expenses and expenses in the first ~7 years of retirement. This means you don't rely on selling growth assets during a downturn. This approach ensures that Buckets 2 and 3 are untouched, so that they can build medium and long term portfolio growth.
Bucket 2, Medium Term Growth to Refill Bucket 1. Bucket 2 is a mix of moderate-risk investments designed to replenish Bucket 1 over time and smooth out intermediate needs.
Bucket 3, Long Term Wealth Preservation. Bucket 3 is a mix of equities and growth-oriented assets that ride out market cycles and build real growth over decades - the growth needed to to refill Bucket 2, and outpace projected inflation.
Money conversations can feel intimidating - full of jargon - a little embarrassing if you're not sure you've done everything right - and sometimes rushed toward a product you didn't ask about. That's not how this should feel, and it's not how we work.

We Understand your life. We start with your goals, concerns, family, and what you want retirement to look like - before any recommendations.
We Build a written plan with several options for retirement dates, social security, healthcare and withdrawals. A clear strategy connecting income, taxes, Social Security, withdrawals, healthcare, and long-term security into one picture.
We battle test that plan to ensure it holds up in all market conditions during each phase of your retirement.
We put your plan in motion, carefully. We review before we change anything, so moves are made with planning, not panic.
Then we keep it current with Regular check-ins and updates as your life, the markets, and the rules change.
And we always keep you informed and make sure you are aware of and have input on any major decision.
